In light of the First Minister's announcement yesterday, the committee has agreed to allow car sharing again on club trips from 9th August. From then on it will be a personal choice whether to share transport to the venue or not and whether to share transport for the shuttle or walk/cycle instead. This will hopefully allow more choice of venues and the opportunity for those who don't have transport to get back on rivers. Where transport is shared, it is up to the driver and passengers to take any precautions they feel necessary. Club trips are currently being scheduled for the next few months so will be advertised sometime soon.
